2005

  1. Vision and Mission developed.
  2. SCFPA incorporated with the state of Arizona as a non-profit on 6/1.
  3. Wrote initial business plan.
  4. Drafted a set of by-laws.

2006 

  1. Established non-profit 501(c) (3) status on 3/9.
  2. Established a board of directors.
  3. Obtained initial funding of $500,000 in May.
  4. Received land Letter of Intent from Kino Springs Partners LLC.
  5. Created a SCFPA logo.
  6. Established committees for Finance, Building and Programs.
  7. Presented a successful fund raising performance.
  8. Surveyed the site (preliminary).
  9. Established a web site.
  10. Engaged an architect.

2007 

  1. Completed survey.
  2. Finalized architect conceptual plan.
  3. Established fund raising task force.
  4. Organized a successful membership drive.
  5. Initiated involvement with community and partnering with like-minded organizations.
  6. Initiated an Advisory Board.
  7. Concluded a successful series of five fund raising music programs.
  8. Updated cost analysis, budget and business plan.
  9. Published the first quarterly E-newsletter.
  10. Established an integrated database.

     
2008

  1. Continue series of performance and educational fund raising programs.
  2. Transfer deed of 4.1 acres of donated land to SCFPA.
  3. Finalize architect and acoustic engineering design.
  4. Expand membership.
  5. Establish task force to raise an additional $1,700,000 for the capital building campaign.

2009

  1. Break ground.
