The Kyungsun Trio – A Benderly Concert Event

The Kyungsun Trio brings together three accomplished musicians – Toru Tagawa (violin), Kyungsun Choi (piano) and Daniel Becker (clarinet) – for an engaging program celebrating the unique colors and expressive possibilities of this unusual combination.

The program features Béla Bartók’s Contrasts and Aram Khachaturian’s Trio for Clarinet, Violin, and Piano, alongside several well-known and beloved pieces specially arranged for violin, clarinet, and piano. From the vibrant rhythms and folk-inspired melodies of Bartók and Khachaturian to familiar melodies that audiences will recognize and enjoy, the program offers an exciting and accessible musical experience showcasing the versatility, energy, and chemistry of the Trio.

Prepaid admission is $35 – adult or $17.50 – student. You can pay online until noon on the day of the concert (using your preferred credit/debit card or PayPal) or by sending a check to SCFPA PO Box 873, Patagonia AZ 85624. Tickets purchased at the door on the day of the concert are $40/$20  (if seats are available)
