The Sky Islands Camerata, sponsored by the Santa Cruz Foundation for the Performing Arts is made up of several groups of highly talented local musicians working together to create engaging musical programs that are a source of fundraising for SCFPA and other non profit organizations in the community.
Vox Kino – A small ensemble of mixed voices who present music from the masterworks of the renaissance to new contemporary choral classics.
Les Ms – Women’s a cappella ensemble that features music from the 15th century to the present – a harmonious blend of treble voices.
Tapestry Ensembles – Various combinations of instruments – duos, trios, quartets, with piano, flute, accordion, strings……..perform thematic works from the classical and modern repertoire.
Patagonia Minstrels – “Reeds,Winds and Other Things” – melodica, piccolo, flute and percussion instruments are perfect for holiday outdoor events and special occasions.
