“Poets and Parallax” featuring: Claire Demer, soprano, Janet Anthony, cellist and Mari Tomizuka, pianist.
The program consists of works both beautiful and moving by Massenet, Tchaikowsky, L. Bernstein, Previn, Shostakovich, Britten (poetry of WH Auden), and a world premiere of “Parallax” and “Faye Suite” by composer/lyricist Gus Tomizuka. Artists’ reception in the Courtyard following concert
Prepaid admission is $30 – adult or $15 – student. You can pay online (using PayPal or your preferred credit/debit card) or by sending a check to SCFPA PO Box 875, Patagonia AZ 85624. Tickets are $35/$20 on the day of the concert (if seats are available)
